Junior Hospitality Data Agent - FULL TIME Position with English (non-voice)

We are hiring for the position as Junior Hospitality Data Agent (non-voice) for a full-time position for our office in Studentki Grad.

As part of our team you will:

  • Check and control existing hotel reservations.
  • Work with hotels to ensure correctness and precision for all reservations.
  • Work with partner travel agencies and their sites

Skills required:

  • No previous hotel or customer service experience is required for this position.
  • Communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrate responsibility.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Good follow up skills.
  • Stress resilience and persistence.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with multiple software applications.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Good team player - Adhere to company guidelines, follow proper workflow and company procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to get the work done on time.
